Guwahati, August 16 (NKTV): As informed by the NHM (National Health Mission), Assam on Sunday reported 10 Covid related deaths which took the toll to 5,492.
411 more people tested positive for the infection.
Of the new cases, 90 were reported from Kamrup (M), followed by 25 in Sivasagar, 23 in Golaghat and 22 in Lakhimpur.
Assam presently has 7,973 active cases.
The NHM informed that over 1.40 crore people have been vaccinated with around 24.68 lakh of them having received both doses of the vaccine.
