468 new Covid cases in Assam | Active cases over 4,000

Guwahati, September 17 (NKTV): Assam reported 468 new positive cases of Covid-19 in the past 24 hours taking the active caseload to 4,034.

The positivity rate stood at 0.79 per cent.

Kamrup (Metro) reported the highest number of cases at 161 followed by Jorhat (46) and Sonitpur (29).

Four deaths were reported across the state.

Recovery rate in Assam at present is 98.13 per cent.
