Guwahati, September 5 (NKTV): In another proud moment for the nation, 22-year-old badminton player from India Krishna Nagar defeated Hong Kong’s Chu Man Kai in the men’s singles SH6 event final to bag India’s fifth gold medal at the Tokyo Paralympics.

Krishna won the match with a scor of 21-17, 16-21, 21-17.

Earlier today, Noida DM Suhas LY won a silver medal in the men’s badminton singles SL4 category and became the first ever IAS officer to win a medal at the Paralympics.
