The chief minister of Assam Himanta Biswa Sarma on Monday gave a sensational statement on Sivasagar MLA and jailed peasant leader Akhil Gogoi, terming him as mentally unstable and has been in GMCH for psychological treatment.
Taking a jibe on Akhil the chief minister further added that he is a patient in GMCH and have came in to the Assembly to take oath and hence violated the Covid-19 norms.
