A massive programme of first dose Covid vaccination of people aged 18 to 44 years has been undertaken in Kamrup city district on Saturday and Sunday with the objective of protecting the people from Covid-19. The vaccination programme will be conducted at a total of 58 centres in the district. The vaccine can be taken through online booking at centres and registration at vaccination centres. Those between the ages of 18 and 44 will be able to get vaccinated at certain centres with government recognized ids. On the other hand, on May 5 and May 7, people from the vaccinated of first dose (Covaxin) of the mentioned district, have been urged to take the second dose at the same time on June 14 at the same centre. In this case, they need to carry the proof of vaccination and photo identity card.
