India beats Sri Lanka, takes 2-0 lead in ODI series
Guwahati, July 21 (NKTV): India beat Sri Lanka by three wickets in the second One Day International (ODI) against Sri Lanka to take a 2-0 lead in the three-match series at the R Premadasa Stadium in Colombo last night.
Deepak Chahar hit an unbeaten 69 in 82 balls to help achieve the 276-run target.
Deepak and Bhuvneshwar Kumar came up with an unbeaten 84-run stand for the eighth wicket as India recovered from 193 for 7.
Deepak Chahar was declared Player of the Match.
Both teams will now meet on Friday for the third and final ODI at the same venue.
