Guwahati, July 26 (NKTV): An elderly person was rescued today by Kokrajhar Police after conscious citizens and members of Ideal NGO informed the police about the individual.
Reportedly, the 65 year old man had been living along the streets and in an old bus stand since the last four months.
The individual has been identified as one Dalen Shilpi Narzary of Dihira area of Baksa district.
Narzary revealed that he was forced to move out from his own home about five months ago and has been staying along the streets in Kokrajhar town and its adjoining areas.
