Tokyo Paralympics | Sumit Antil clinches Gold in Javelin Throw

Guwahati, August 30 (NKTV): India’s Sumit Antil today set a new world record to win the Gold medal in the Men’s Javelin Throw (F64) event at the Tokyo Paralympics.

With the best throw of 68.85 metres in the final, Sumit clinched India’s second Gold at the Tokyo Paralympics.

It may be mentioned here that the 23-year-old Javelin thrower broke the world record thrice during the final and won with a best throw of 68.55 metres
