The Delhi Educational Department issued orders on Thursday stating that the schools in Delhi will be closed from tomorrow onwards until further orders amid air pollution scare in the national capital.
The decision came after the Supreme Court asked the Government of Delhi why are the children being forced to go to school when the government has implemented work from home for adults.
ANI tweeted “All schools in Delhi to be closed from tomorrow till further orders, due to current air pollution levels in the city: Environment Minister Gopal Rai.”
