Assam CM Announces Dates for Key Recruitment Exam Results, Including ADRE for Grade III and IV Posts

Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma announced the dates for the declaration of results for several important recruitment exams on Sunday, March 2. These include the Assam Direct Recruitment Exam (ADRE) for Grade III and Grade IV posts.

The results will be announced as follows:

• Assam Police Drivers: March 4
• Assam Police Sub-Inspector (SI): March 6
• Assam Police Constable: March 12
• ADRE Results for Grade III and Grade IV: March 7
• Assam Police Commando Battalion Constable: March 27

The ADRE Grade III recruitment test was conducted in two phases: the first on September 15, 2024, for Class 12 level vacancies, and the second on September 29, 2024, for graduates and Class 12 level driver vacancies. The Grade IV recruitment test took place on October 27, 2024, for candidates with HSLC, HSLC+ITI, and Class 8 qualifications.

After the exams, the State Level Recruitment Commission (SLRC) released preliminary answer keys and invited candidates to raise objections. The commission has promised to review all objections and modify the final answer key if any valid objections are found. Candidates whose objections are accepted will receive a refund of the relevant fee.
