Guwahati, August 19 (NKTV): As per ASDMA reports, as many as 22,022 people have been affected in five districts across Assam. The affected districts are Bongaigaon, Chirang, Dhemaji, Dibrugarh and Lakhimpur.
10 relief camps and 10 relief distribution camps have been set up across the affected districts.
770 people have taken shelter in the relief camps in Chirang and Dhemaji. One medical team has been deployed in Chirang.
