Guwahati, July 12 (NKTV): Addressing media persons, Assam Minister Pijush Hazarika stated that commodities like Petrol and Diesel come under the jurisdiction of the Government of India and not the state government and hence, the Government of Assam cannot do anything regarding the fuel price hike.
“The opposition wanted to discuss the same at the assembly. I want to inform them that the state government has nothing to do with fuel price hike” said Hazarika.
