Guwahati, July 20 (NKTV): Covid-19 caseload in Assam reached 5,49,080 on Monday as 1,797 more positive cases were reported in the state.
20 Fresh fatalities have pushed the death toll to 5,019, the National Health Mission bulletin stated.
Kamrup Metro reported the highest number of new cases (237) followed by 230 in Golaghat, 115 in Dibrugarh and 113 in Jorhat.
The state presently has 16,107 active cases.
