Guwahati, July 24 (NKTV): Senior Congress leader Bhupen Kumar Borah has been appointed as the president of the Assam Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC) on Saturday. A senior Congress leader, Bhupen Kumar Borah was an electoral candidate from the Bihpuria constituency in the 2021 Assam Assembly Elections.
