Guwahati, September 20 (NKTV): Bodoland Territorial Region (BTR) Chief Executive Member (CEM) Pramod Boro expressed concern over the recent encounter of suspected ULB militants in Kokrajhar. (Read news here)
“Today’s environment is not one for arms struggle and violence among the society” Boro said while urging the ULB to return back to the mainstream.
“Our government is very much concerned about the incident and investigation shall be conducted if the encounter is fake” Boro stated.
It may be mentioned here that the family of one of the slain militants had alleged that the killing is a fake encounter. (Read news here)
