Complete lockdown imposed in Kerala amid Covid-19 spike

Guwahati, July 29 (NKTV): The Government of Kerala has announced a total lockdown in the state on July 31 and August 1. On Wednesday, Kerala had reported reported 50% of new COVID-19 cases in the country and to curb the spread the Kerala government have taken the decision.

However, photo studios have been allowed operate on permitted days in the wake of requirements for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET). On Wednesday, the number of fresh COVID-19 cases crossed 20,000 for the second successive day in the state.
