Counting for Bye-Elections to 5 Assembly Constituencies of Assam to be held tomorrow
Counting of votes for the bye-election to five assembly constituencies of Assam, namely, 11 Dholai, 31 Sidli, 32 Bongaigaon, 77 Behali, and 88 Samaguri assembly constituencies, will be held at a total of 5 polling stations from 8 am tomorrow. The counting of votes for the 11 Dholai Assembly constituency will be held at the Inter State Truck Terminal of Ramnagar; the counting of votes for the 31 Sidli constituency will be held at the District Center of Kajalgaon; the counting of votes for the 32 Bongaigaon constituency will be held at Bongaigaon College; and the counting of votes for the 77 Behali constituency and 88 Samaguri constituency will be held at their respective District Commissioner Office. Preparations for counting of votes have already been completed in five Assembly Constituencies.
It is to be mentioned that the polling for the Bye-Election to five Assembly Constituencies of Assam, namely 11 Dholai, 31 Sidli, 32 Bongaigaon, 77 Behali, and 88 Samaguri assembly constituencies, ended peacefully on November 13. About 75.67 percent of voters cast their votes in a total of 1078 polling stations for 34 candidates in these five assembly constituencies.
