Delhi Police’s Special Cell has arrested a terrorist from the banned outfit ISIS. According to the Special Cell, he had been absconding for over one year and carried a reward of rupees three lakh. The arrested terrorist was wanted by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) in two cases registered in Mumbai and Delhi.
The Special Cell has also recovered two mobile phones and a pistol with three live cartridges from the terrorist.
