Drug peddlers arrested in Guwahati, rifles recovered
Guwahati, August 28 (NKTV): As the War on Drugs continues in Assam, a team of Chandmari Police Station, Noonmati Police Station and SOG conducted a joint operation last night and arrested four drug traffickers at Pub Saraniya.
The team recovered 2.79 grams of Heroin in 28 plastic vials, seven mobile phones and two air rifles.
The apprehended peddlers have been identified as Jony Ali, Altav Uddin Laskar, Ashok Chetry and Rahul Das. All are residents of Guwahati.
