Heavy rain on cards for Assam and Meghalaya
Guwahati, June 28 (NKTV): As per latest weather reports, heavy to extremely heavy rainfall is possible over isolated places of Assam and Meghalaya from Monday to Wednesday with three days total precipitation of 300 mm or more. Heavy to very heavy rainfall is also likely on Thursday and Friday.
Heavy rainfall is possible in Arunachal Pradesh from Tuesday onward.
In Sikkim, heavy to very heavy rainfall is expected on Monday and Tuesday.
As per the India Meteorological Department (IMD), widespread rain and thunderstorms are expected in parts of Northeast India on Tuesday.
