Guwahati, July 7 (NKTV): Italy continued its unbeaten run to defeat Spain 4-2 in the penalty shootout on Wednesday at the Wembley Stadium in London.
It may be mentioned here that Italy has reached the Euro final for the fourth time.
Italy had taken a 1-0 lead after a goal from forward Federico Chiesa in the 60th minute. However, Spain equalised with a goal from Alvaro Morata in the 80th minute, which led to a penalty shootout.
England and Denmark are all set to face one another in the second semi final on Thursday at 12:30 AM. The winner shall face Italy in the final.
