Jeff Bezos’s Blue Origin to launch its first human spaceflight in July, 2021

Amazon’s CEO Jeff Bezos’s space venture, Blue Origin, is set to send a crew of humans into space on 20th July, 2021. Private space firm Blue Origin is aiming to launch its first rocket by July 2021, the company said. The rocket has been named as New Shephard.

According to reports, space scientists and astronauts will accompany a winning bidder of an online auction in the flight. However, till now the company hasn’t released information regarding the pricing of the flight for bidding.

Blue Origin Federation, LLC is an American privately funded aerospace manufacturer and sub-orbital spaceflight services company headquartered in Kent, Washington. Founded in 2000 by Jeff Bezos, the company is led by CEO Bob Smith and aims to make access to space cheaper and more reliable through reusable launch vehicles.
