Justice Sriram Kalpathi Rajendran was sworn in as the Chief Justice of the Madras High Court today. Tamil Nadu Governor R.N. Ravi administered the oath at a ceremony held at Raj Bhavan, Guindy.
The swearing-in ceremony was attended by several dignitaries, including former President Ram Nath Kovind. Justice Sriram had served as a judge at the Bombay High Court prior to this appointment as Chief Justice.
