Guwahati, June 07 (NKTV): District Administration on Sunday conducted an eviction drive at the rubber garden spread over 275 bighas of land Kaki in Lanka. It may be mentioned here that encroachers had illegally occupied the government land over the last 10 years.
The encroachers had allegedly cleared rubber plants for farming land as well.
Authorities have informed that notices were served to the encroachers before the eviction drive.
