Guwahati, August 08 (NKTV): Target Olympic Podium Scheme or TOPS is a flagship programme of the Sports Authority of India (SAI) which handles matters relating to preparing the elite Indian athletes for bringing laurels to the nation at the Olympics. Interestingly enough, there is a young Assamese girl, named Stuty Goswami who is the Athlete Relationship Manager for Athletics. She is the one who manages the affairs of Neeraj Chopra and other athletes on behalf of the Ministry of Sports & Youth Affairs through SAI.
She is a first class B.Arch from Mumbai University. Was the under-17 all India Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan Lawn Tennis Champion. Is currently serving at SAI H.O., New Delhi. She is originally from Nagaon but shifted to Guwahati and completed her school education from KV Khanapara. Her parents are settled at Guwahati while she stays in New Delhi. She is the only child of her parents.
