Guwahati, July 24 (NKTV): Union Minister of Social Justice & Empowerment Dr. Virendra Kumar inaugurated the 5th North-East India Traditional Fashion Week (NEIFW) 2021 today at Shastri Bhawan, New Delhi.
On the occasion, exclusively talking with NKTV, Union Minister Dr. Virendra Kumar stated that such a historic event will pave the way forward for re-engineering the concept of skilling, employment and entrepreneurship of divyangjan of North East.
While interacting with NKTV, he further elaborated that the event targets to enrich the Make-in-India Movement by mainstreaming divyangjan along with promoting the indigenous culture and art-forms of North- East India.
He also focused on all round development of divyangjan belonging to the North-East through various entrepreneur skill development programs.
