Noted Author and former IAS Officer Dr Rohini Kumar Barua no more
Guwahati, June 09 (NKTV): In another loss to the state of Assam, Noted Author and former IAS Officer Dr Rohini Kumar Barua breathed his last today at around 1:40 AM. He was admitted to Nemcare Hospital and succumbed to Covid complication there.
He was 84 years old at the time of his demise.
Assam Chief Minister Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma offered his condolences to the bereaved family.
The former Editor of Natun Dainik, Dr Barua was a distinguished contributor of the Assam Year Book.
