Nuruddin Ahmed Trophy Senior Inter District Cricket Tournament from April 20

The Nuruddin Ahmed Trophy Senior Inter-District Cricket Tournament 2025 is set to commence from April 20, spanning across various venues in Assam. The tournament promises intense cricketing action as teams battle it out for supremacy.

With two venues designated in the Upper Assam Zone, namely Tinsukia and Jorhat, Lower Assam Zone will host matches in Dhubri and Nalbari. Central Assam Zone’s venues are Morigaon and Hojai while Goalpara takes the spotlight as the Headquarters Zone venue. The Northern Assam Zone matches will unfold in Tezpur and Rangia, whereas Southern Assam Zone will see competition in Silchar and Hailakandi

The preliminary rounds, spanning from April 20 to May 9, will witness fierce encounters across the six zones. Twelve deserving teams will emerge from these rounds, competing for victory in the final stage. With each zone sending its best contenders, the stage is set for an exhilarating showdown, culminating in the crowning of the ultimate champion.
