Guwahati, June 12 (NKTV): The Union Government of India has so far provided 25 crore 87 lakh vaccine doses to states and Union Territories across the nation.
The vaccines have been provided both through the Centre’s free of cost channel and through the direct state procurement.
The Ministry of Health has informed that over 24 crore 76 lakh doses of the vaccines provided by the Union Government have been consumed, including the wastages. As per government data, over one crore vaccine doses are available with the states and Union Territories.
The Ministry also informed that more than 10 lakh doses of vaccines shall be provided across the nation in the next three days.
