Over 400 passengers flee Jagiroad railway station to avoid mandatory Covid-19 test

In a shocking incident, more than 400 passengers of Kanyakumari-Dibrugarh Vivek Express skipped the mandatory Covid-19 test in Jagiraod railway station and fled away from the spot. The sensational incident took place on Sunday morning at the railway station. According to reports, the health and railway authorities tried to stop the passengers but they fled away without being getting tested.

All the passengers were migrant workers which included children and women. The incident has brought immense sensation in the Assam and video of passengers running away by skipping Covid-19 test have gone viral in social media.
