Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu released a video message on the determination to defend Israel on every front. In a televised address, Netanyahu said, all those who seek to harm Israel will pay a very heavy price for their aggression. He also praised the defensive measures taken by Israel and its allies, on interception of hundreds of projectiles during the attacks.
Netanyahu’s message came on the backdrop of Israel’s attack on the Houthi militia in Yemen, yesterday. Israeli military targeted key oil storage and electric facilities in the Red Sea port city of Hodeidah. In response, Yemen’s Houthi group’s top negotiator, Mohammed Abdulsalam said the Israeli strikes would not stop the military group from targetting Israeli cities and ships.
Earlier, a Houthi group drone attacked Tel Aviv on Friday in which an Israeli civilian was killed and 10 others were injured. The Houthis said the drone attack came in support of the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip currently under Israeli offensive.
Moreover, Israeli warplanes have also targeted an ammunition warehouse belonging to Hezbollah in Lebanon’s southwest town of Adloun.
