Guwahati, July 9 (NKTV): Prime Minister Narendra Modi to interact with the Tokyo Olympics-bound athletes of India on July 13 virtually. This interaction will be held four days prior to the athletes’ departure for the Olympic Games.
MyGovIndia, posted on its twitter page “Hon’ble PM Shri narendramodi will interact with #Tokyo Olympic bound athletes to motivate them ahead of their participation in the forthcoming Games, which will be held from 23 July to 8th August 2021.”
Total of 120 athletes have qualified for Tokyo Olympics so far. In the 2016 edition of the games, India had won only two medals, one bronze and one sliver. But this time India are hopeful of a good medal tally in the upcoming Tokyo Olympic Games.
