Prior approval to be obtained before using photographs of CM Sarma in ads and billboards

Guwahati, August 12 (NKTV): The Information and Public Relations Department, Government of Assam, in a memorandum has stated that photographs of Assam Chief Minister Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma are being used in various Government advertisements, standees, billboards, etc., without prior approval from the Chief Minister’s Office.

As such, all departments who want to use the CM’s photographs in any such publication will have to obtain prior approval from the Office of the Chief Minister, the PR Department stated.
