Guwahati, September 18 (NKTV): Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh today submitted his resignation as Chief Minister to the Governor. He still is a part of the Congress party.
This comes four months before assembly elections in the state.
As informed by his media advisor said, Singh submitted his resignation along with that of his council of ministers.
