Guwahati, June 22 (NKTV): The Expert Committees constituted by the Assam Education Department for Board of Secondary Education (SEBA) and Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) are yet to come to a conclusion over recommending the evaluation Formula. However, the Nine-Member Committee hinted saying that they are likely to go by the modalities of the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) and other State Board modalities to prepare the Final evaluation Formula process for Class 10 and 12 Students.
The expert Committees headed by Alok Buragohain, Former Vice-Chancellor Dibrugarh University (DU) and Dipak Kumar Sarma, Vice-Chancellor of Kumar Bhaskar Varma Sanskrit and Ancient Studies University claimed to hold Two more Meetings before coming to the Final conclusion. The Two monitoring Committees of SEBA and AHSEC in their First Meeting here in Guwahati on Tuesday informed the Media that the marking system for each stream shall vary, as the components, Syllabus for each and every subject differs from each other. AHSEC and SEBA will prepare the Final Result after incorporating the marks of Internal Assessment, Practical Examination and marks against theory portion as received from the respective Schools within July 30 2021.
