The Kokrajhar police have arrested the two executive engineers (Agriculture) of Kokrajhar for allegedly taking bribes from the beneficiaries’ tractor distribution recently. Police had arrested the duo late last night.
The arrested have been identified as Nilkanta Kalita and Sudip Deb. BTR executive member for Agriculture department Ghanashyam Das recently ordered an enquiry against the incident.
