The pro-talks faction of United Liberations Front of Asom (ULFA) to sign peace accord today with the central government in Delhi today. The peace deal likely to signed by 5 pm.
According to reports, Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma has already reached Delhi for the historic signing. The meeting will be accompined by Union Home Minister Amit Shah and a group of top government officials.
Besides, the government factions, ULFA will be headed by top leaders like Arabinda Rajkhowa, Anup Chetia and many others.
