Virat Kohli led Indian team retains top spot in ICC Test Team rankings after annual update

The Virat Kohli led Indian side have retained their one spot in the ICC test rankings. Team India topped the table for an aggregate of 121, having accumulated 2914 points from 24 matches. Kane Williamson’s New Zealand team are in the second spot with a rating of 120 points just 1 behind India.

The New Zealand team have 2166 points from 18 Tests and have gained two rating points. India and New Zealand is all set to play the world test championship finals in Southampton. While England have earned the third spot by de-trailing its arch-rivals Australia with 109 rating points. Australia are in the fourth spot with 108 rating points.

Meanwhile, Zimbabwe and Bangladesh are languishing down the table at ninth and tenth spot. Bangladesh team is in the ninth spot with 46 points, while Zimbabwe is in the tenth spot with 36 points.
